These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the I Dictate Notes application and related services ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the audio recordings, transcriptions, and notes you create with the App ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit Your Content solely to provide and improve the App's features, including transcription and AI-powered analysis.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Payments are subject to the App Store's terms.
We strive to keep the App available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Transcriptions and AI-generated summaries may contain inaccuracies, and you should not rely on them as a substitute for professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
